If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Custom made items are non exchangeable.
Merchandise must be in original condition, can't be worn, washed or altered in any way, with all original tags still attached. No deodorant marks, no strong odors (perfume, cigarette smoke, etc.)
If you received a "free with purchase" item, that must be returned as well.

If you are returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Red Head Tribe Logos is not responsible for packages that go missing after Customs. In an effort to keep the International shipping costs low, we only ship First Class. First Class does not come with any insurance.
If you would like to request Priority shipping, please contact us before placing an order or if you have already placed your order please contact us within 1 hour to switch the shipping method. If you switch to Priority International shipping, we will invoice you the remaining amount via PayPal.

**Red Head Tribe Logos makes every effort to offer items that are in stock, however, factory shortages can occur between the time that we set up the online store to when we order the items after the store's deadline. If an item is back ordered beyond a reasonable amount of time, and there isn't a similar style to substitute, you will be notified.**
Art/digitizing fees are nonrefundable. Design mock-ups are not exact. Coloring of ink may vary depending on material printed. Once deposits are paid your order will be moved into production. Once your order is in production it can not be canceled and you are responsible for the full payment once the order is complete.
