RETURN POLICY & ADDITIONAL INFO

As of January 1st, 2020 we will no longer offer refunds.


If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
 


Merchandise must be in original condition, can't be worn, washed or altered in any way, with all original tags still attached. No deodorant marks, no strong odors (perfume, cigarette smoke, etc.)


Shoes: No visible wear on the bottom or insole and must be in original box.

 

If you received a "free with purchase" item, that must be returned as well.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.

Again, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned items.

 

If you are returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

Red Head Tribe Logos is not responsible for packages that go missing after Customs. In an effort to keep the International shipping costs low, we only ship First Class. First Class does not come with any insurance.

 

If you would like to request Priority shipping, please contact us before placing an order or if you have already placed your order please contact us within 1 hour to switch the shipping method. If you switch to Priority International shipping, we will invoice you the remaining amount via PayPal.
